Ring in the New Year with a spectacular Pan-Latin feast and celebration at Toro Toro. On Tuesday, December 31, from 7PM – 9PM, the restaurant will be offering a five-course prix fixe dinner, accompanied by a bottle of champagne for two, plus festive decor, live DJ entertainment, and dancing in the hotel lobby all-night long. Priced at $325++ per person, the New Year’s Eve feast will begin with a Pepita Seeds Brioche for the table, served with bone marrow butter; and an amuse bouche of Bluefin Tuna Tataki Tiradito –  fermented ají amarillo, enoki mushroom and Cancha praline. The decadent meal continues with Heirloom Beet Carpaccio – goat cheese foam, arugula, white balsamic orange vinaigrette and candied walnuts; followed by Lobster Bisque Soup – coconut cream foam and Osetra Caviar. For the main courses, guests will enjoy Chorizo Crusted Sea Bass – white beans hummus, green peas, cured tomato salsa and lemon confit oil; and Wagyu Beef Tenderloin – black garlic filo potatoes, braised asparagus, cabernet gastric and confit shallots. The evening concludes on a sweet note with an indulgent Bomba Cheesecake for dessert. Following dinner, guests will ring in the New Year and welcome 2025 on the hotel’s rooftop SkyLawn with a VIP Fireworks Viewing and a celebratory Champagne toast at Midnight.
