BOURBON STEAK Miami, the modern American steakhouse from James Beard Award-winning chef and renowned restaurateur Michael Mina, will host an unforgettable evening for wine enthusiasts and gourmands partnering with Jackson Family Wines.
The restaurant, which is located at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa in Aventura, offers a timeless dining experience that accomplishes all the traditions expected of a steakhouse with a whimsical twist. It’s also the home to a Wine Spectator Award-winning cellar of more than 850 vintages; making it a wine lover’s paradise.
Jackson Family Wines, founded in 1974 by Jess Stonestreet Jackson, Jr., is headquartered in California and now has more than 35 labels located throughout the world as part of their esteemed portfolio. Each of their wineries has its own distinct fingerprint and style driven by the terroir of the family-owned vineyards. The company also prides itself on being a leader in sustainability and climate action solutions, with a goal of 100% of its estate vineyards to be farmed using regenerative practices by 2030.
Dinner will be hosted in Bourbon Steak’s beautiful 26-seat private dining room, an intimate and stylish atmosphere accented with high ceilings and a long, magnificent oak wood table.
The evening will begin with a welcome glass of sparkling wine at 6:30PM, followed by dinner at 7:00PM. The four-course dinner features exclusive pours from the Jackson Family Wines portfolio, paired with dishes created especially to complement the notes in the pours by Bourbon Steak Executive Chef Gabriel Fenton. According to Fenton, “Partnering with Jackson Family wines is an opportunity for me to create innovative, cross-cultural dishes that you won’t find on the regular menu at BOURBON STEAK. We are working together to create a memorable evening with one-of-a-kind dishes that will match perfectly with each world class wine.
As guests enjoy their pairings, John Blazon, Vice President of Sales at Spire Collection at Kendall-Jackson Wine Estates, will share his insights and expertise on each pour.
