Corsair Kitchen & Bar is the perfect destination to celebrate 2025. The restaurant will be serving its decadent Brunch experience created by Executive Chef William “Bill” Gideon and his talented culinary team; and will feature unlimited mimosas or Aperol spritzes, action stations for the whole family including an Omelet Station and Carving Station and a variety of savory a la carte dishes. The menu features a creative spin on a rotating selection of cooked-to-order Brunch classics including Eggs Benedict, French Toast, Skillets, Omelets, and more. Endless Mimosas or Bloody Marys are included, supplements available for Champagne or Sparkling Rose. Other breakfast items, raw bar, charcuterie, and desserts are offered at the attended buffet. Brunch will be offered from 11:30 AM until 3:00 PM for $75++ per person and $37++ per child (12 and under).
