Ashley Moncada, Corporate Executive Chef of Ariete Hospitality Group (AHG) in Miami, stands out as a culinary trailblazer in the restaurant industry. She initially came onboard as the Executive Sous Chef of AHG’s flagship restaurant Ariete in Coconut Grove, where she played a pivotal role in the restaurant earning one Michelin star.

Last year, she transitioned within AHG to the helm of the kitchen at Brasserie Laurel, showcasing her skills in classic French cookery with a modern twist. With global culinary experience spanning the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, Chef Moncada is dedicated to creative innovation that highlights far-ranging international inspiration.

Now, in her role as Corporate Chef, she continues to collaborate with chef/restaurateur Michael Beltran to envision and execute innovative new culinary offerings, and bring continued success to the restaurants in Ariete Hospitality Group’s portfolio including Ariete, Chug’s Diner, Brasserie Laurel, Eva and The Oyster Bar.
