Bourbon Steak, Chef Michael Mina’s award-winning steakhouse inside the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, will be offering a three-course prix fixe dinner for New Year’s Eve. As part of the prix-fixe menu, guests will have a choice of an appetizer, entree accompanied by a trio of delectable side dishes and a dessert. The evening will offer two seatings: the first seating, priced at $260 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) will take place between 5:30PM and 7:30PM; the second seating, priced at $350 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) will be offered between 8PM and 10PM and will feature a DJ, complimentary Champagne toast at midnight and more.

The menu features a choice of appetizer including Chef’s oyster selection, Michael’s tuna tartare, foie gras, Jumbo shrimp cocktail and more. Indulge in entrees including filet mignon, New York Strip steak, Amish roasted half-chicken, Miso-glazed sea bass, branzino or pastrami-spiced short rib among others. All are accompanied by a trio of farm-fresh side dishes of truffle mac and cheese, potato puree with garlic chips, and classic creamed spinach with crispy shallots. Ring in the New Year on a sweet note with Passion Fruit Napoleon with strawberry gelato; Hazelnut Baked Alaska with toasted hazelnuts and Nutella gelato and Chocolate “Bomb” featuring raspberry gelee and vanilla gelato.
