Hours: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Location: Through the Heart of Coconut Grove
Miami’s iconic King Mango Strut, born out of a parody of the King Orange Bowl Jamboree Parade, is making a grand return for the 41st annual King Mango Strut Parade! This beloved event is not only one of the most well-known, whimsical, and wacky Miami traditions, it has also been putting the “NUT” in Coconut Grove since 1982, attracting countless spectators each year. This year’s theme – Peace. Love. Mangoes. – promises the same whimsy and exuberance that devoted strutters and parade lovers come to expect. The event promises to be bigger and better than ever, with a dazzling mix of colorful costumes, outrageous floats, and live music while never losing touch with its eccentric, bohemian roots. The Strut now attracts over 10,000 onlookers who laugh, cheer, and dance along with the hundreds of Strutters who march in the parade. All are welcome to watch or participate in this free event if they do so with an open heart and mind and are willing to poke fun at the year’s notable current events. The parade will wind its way through the heart of Coconut Grove, showcasing the community’s unique spirit and creativity.
The parade starts on Commodore Plaza, before turning left onto Main Highway until it reaches the Grand Avenue/McFarlane intersection. From there, it will turn left onto Grand Avenue until it arrives back at Commodore Plaza. Post-parade entertainment with live music will continue immediately after on Commodore Plaza and Fuller Street.
